​YBC is also being supported by certain individuals who sympathise with our cause. They form an integral part of our support base because they either step in to act as volunteers when needed, or they provide other forms of assistance that are always very indispensable.

​Abroad:
​In order to ensure continuity, sustainability and attain long lasting results in the South, we partner with other grassroot organisations and govermental bodies in the South in such a way that the locals have a greater degree of control over the projects. We equally use these organisations for technical assistance on-the-field.

YBC is not for a particular group of persons or individuals. It is open to everybody who shares the feeling or vision that there is need to step up and reach out to the needy, change things in the world and make life better. Although we are concerns with the issues that result in people living in terrible conditions, we qually operate like a community-based organisation in Antwerp.
The management committee is comprised of a set of good-hearted volunteer who are ready to go an extra mile and assure the smooth running of the daily affairs of the organisation.

Partnership:
There are a few organisations which realised the importance of our scheme and have supported us and served like partners all along. It couldn't have been possible for us either to continue existing or being able to carry out our projects without the huge support and partnership of the city government of Antwerp and the 4th Pillars Focal Point of the Flemish Development Cooperation. We have been able to organise events & activities in and around the city of Antwerp and also support/carry out projects in the South.
